Elaine Travis has been working as a hairstylist since 1986, with a focus on hair color.  She has been featured in local and international magazines for her color expertise and recognized in several “Best of” categories as well as Salon Today Top 200 salons.

In 2012, Elaine created Expert Color Solutions, a hair color training program to offer Fearless Formulation Mentorship to stylists who struggle with the fundamentals of hair color. She has personally trained all of her own stylists and taken them from beauty school graduate to confident colorist in less than one year earning them over $60,000 annually.
