The Savvy Stylist has to master the following three things in order to be highly successful: 

1)The Art of a Proper and Effective Consultation

Saying “what are we doing today?” is not really a consultation and leaves way too much room for error. Instead we will share how looking at your client in a new way and determining what hair color compliments their eye color and skin tone will create a much more loyal client as well as referrals and rave reviews. 

We will be diving deep on color palettes and how the eyes can let us know IF the client will lift with a lot of warmth before we even touch the hair with any color! 

Providing a stellar consultation is the number one step in avoiding client redos. Learn how important communication is and notice the clues your client has been dropping you may have been missing. 

2) Mastering Formulation

Techniques are amazing but if the proper shade is not chosen your results are always going to disappoint both YOU and your CLIENT. It doesn’t have to be difficult. You just need to have the right road map. We will do several examples of how to simplify formulation and get a predictable result every single time. 

3) Marketing

When we decided to become a hairstylist we never could have imagined that we also need to be masters at marketing, branding and advertising. In order to have a full book of clients we need all of these things but we don’t have to do them all ourselves. In the afternoon we will share how to completely automate this process so you keep attracting clients while you SLEEP
